A few days back some of the girls i know went for an interview in one the largest company in Asia (in India). They had done computer course and they were asked to give a telephonic interview. Here I am descritping some of the useless and irritating questions asked to them.

Q:  What is your height?

Q:  Your face value

Q: You look similar to which star?

Q: At what time do you reach home?

These all question were useless because the post for which they were interviewed was of a programmer. We say that we are the modern civilized people of 21st centurary but is this modernization. We have the right of equality but would these same questions be asked if a boy was interviewed for the same post.
